A total of 259,200 shopping bags will be distributed on Saturday, October 25th and then picked up on Saturday, November 1nd. Pack 788 will be responsible for distributing and picking up 1000 of those bags.
We are meeting in the upper parking lot at Rivers Edge Elementary School on Saturday, October 25th at 9:00am. After refreshments we will assign areas, distribute bags, and then head out to the communities to deliver them. Of course, the more folks we have the faster it will go! It should only last an hour. A Sign-up Genius will be going out over the weekend .... please plan on your scout and yourself can attend Saturday the 25th. Even if you have limited time we would appreciate any help the you can provide.

Our fall service project is Scouting for Food. We will meet on Saturday October 28, at 9:00 AM in the Rivers Edge Elementary School Parking Lot. We will split into groups to deliver bags to houses in our community for those who don't have enough. Typically it takes about an hour to walk thru the different sections given to us.
